Outdo has always believed strongly in supporting young people to pursue careers in the media industry, providing apprenticeships and opportunities in our own business.
With this belief it was a great privilege to be able to support Outsmart, the UK trade body for the Out of Home (OOH) industry, as it worked with the Department for Culture, Media and Sport to launch the ‘Discover! Creative Careers’ campaign to increase awareness, consideration and uptake of creative careers among young people aged 13-17 years old.
Outdo donated media space at regional airports to make an immediate impact across multiple key geographies with the campaign, working with other Outsmart members to maximise this important message. Using outdoor media to expand the reach of key messages into local communities underpins all our work here, and this demonstrates the power of media to make a difference to people’s lives.
