Launching his first advertising business at just 22, Andrew has since established companies in airport and bus advertising. Andrew founded Ad Group in 1986, which comprises a number of companies including Ad bus Ltd, which became the second-largest bus advertising company in the UK, before being sold to US Media Owner, Titan Outdoor. Andrew helps to set our vision and strategy for the company.


Steve brings over 30 years of experience in out-of-home marketing, most recently serving as Marketing Director at JCDecaux. Highly regarded within the out-of-home agency community, Steve is exceptionally well-connected across the media industry and is leveraging these relationships to ensure agencies prioritise and grow their spend with Outdo.


Dorothy Mead brings over 20 years of strategic leadership experience in the technology and business consulting sectors. With a strong track record driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence, she is well placed to help guide Outdo’s next phase of expansion.
National Media Sales


With 26 years in media 20 plus of those in outdoor ,I’ve helped businesses big and small grow their presence locally and nationally. When I’m not planning campaigns, I’m enjoying music (I used to teach singing) or remembering the time I travelled Australia solo at 20 and bought my first house at 19.


I’ve been in outdoor media sales since 2001, delivering campaigns for local, regional, and national clients. I love the challenge of bringing a creative brief to life. One highlight? The London bus portfolio, a unique space where brands can go beyond static advertising and deliver experiences. Outside of work, I hit the gym, dine out, and occasionally reminisce about my county rugby days, including a try set-up for Lewis Moody.


Eighteen years in outdoor media sales, specialising in airport and transport, has taught me the value of building genuine, long-term relationships with clients. I work hard to deliver campaigns that stand out. In the North East, loyalty runs deep ,with clients and colleagues alike. Off the clock, I’m a football mum to my two kids, partial to a night out with friends, and oddly a bit wary of snow gritters.


I’ve spent 27 years in bus and tram advertising across the UK, mainly in Nottingham, where I’ve seen my work become part of the city’s landscape and helped businesses grow. Outside of work, I enjoy family time, Notts County football, rock and metal gigs, real ales, and once even recreated the famous Levi’s advert for Children in Need.

From press advertising to out-of-home, my career has been about helping customers raise their profile in their communities. I enjoy the creative challenge as much as the client relationships. Outside work, I’ve just become a nanny to twin boys (I know, I don’t possibly look old enough to be a nanny ) and love family time outdoors with my two Labradors.


I specialise in media sales across Liverpool, combining local knowledge with experience supporting leading UK brands. I’m passionate about helping businesses maximise their impact through targeted media solutions.


Thirty years in media sales, the last year in outdoor, and still no two days are the same. I’ve sold ads for everything from shipping container conversions to Duran Duran concerts. Covering four South West airports keeps me agile, while off-duty I’m with my family, playing golf badly, or recalling the time Rik Mayall told me to stop impersonating him.


Eight years in outdoor advertising sales, mostly airport media, and a lifelong passion for the North East. I love championing the buzz around Newcastle International Airport and the region it serves.When I’m not at work, I’m in the garden or spinning vinyl. Proudly Bristol born and bred, I’ve spent the last eight years making outdoor advertising work hard for clients across the South West. If it’s outdoor media in Bristol or the region, I’ve got the answers.When I’m not building campaigns that stand out in airports and beyond, you’ll find me surfing, walking, cycling, or chasing a football. I like my work the same way I like my weekends: active and full of momentum.


Seven years in outdoor media sales, specialising in airport and ferry advertising, means I know how to connect brands with the right audiences at the right moment. From East Anglia to the Highlands, my clients range widely, and I love seeing campaigns deliver results. Outside work, you’ll find me in a Pilates class or on a Pilates Reformer.
Transport Media Sales


Three decades in advertising, including the first-ever ads on Sheffield Supertram, and I still love seeing a client’s campaign in motion. Away from work, I’m solar-powered, happiest in the sun, and foster dogs for charity (though I have to resist keeping them all).


Over a decade in outdoor media has given me the variety I love, from small local ads to major campaigns. I enjoy working closely with clients to get the best results. Before media, I was an air hostess, which taught me quick thinking and calm under pressure. These days, I’m a mum, a dog owner, and always looking for new places to explore.


Fourteen years in outdoor media, starting in operations before moving into sales, means I know exactly how to match the right product with the right client. I work across a wide mix of regions and businesses and when I’m not working, I’m a cat lover with an adventurous streak, once proven by skydiving.
Roadside Media Sales


With 36 years in advertising 16 in outdoor, I love meeting people, building relationships, and finding out what makes each region tick.I’m a natural socialiser, but when I’m not in the pub, I’m looking after my dogs and grown-up children, or training for my first Great North Run.


With 31 years across press, radio, online, magazines, and especially outdoor advertising, I’ve worked with it all. I thrive on finding the right fit for each client. When I’m not talking outdoor media, I’m out walking my two dogs where some of my best ideas come to life, or so they tell me.


Forty years in media from print to digital to outdoor, and I still love helping businesses achieve their goals. I’m outgoing by nature, and when I’m not working, I’m travelling or with my two French Bulldogs, Frank and Benny.


Over 25 years in advertising, from bus and billboard sales to airport media, has taught me one thing, outdoor works 24/7. My clients see the difference it makes.I grew up in Durham and Teesside, so I know the North East inside out. Off-duty, I’m often away with my pink vintage caravan, Betty, or running craft and wellbeing events for women. My first job? A painter and decorator, skills I still use today.


Fifteen years in outdoor media, after 24 years in estate agency, has shown me that out-of-home works for any business, big or small. I work across Scotland and parts of England and still get a buzz from seeing signs go up and hearing clients’ feedback. Away from work, I’m into cricket, crosswords, and cheering on Scunthorpe United.


Since 2009, I’ve worked across radio, magazines, and now outdoor media, and I can honestly say making outdoor ads visible 24/7 was the best career move I’ve made.I love the variety in my region, from busy towns to commuter routes, and nothing beats seeing a campaign I worked on come to life. My spare time is all about my two kids. Once, I even found time to audition for The X Factor, you can ask me about that when you call me.


As a Black Country native with 35 years in West Midlands media, I started in radio before finding my home in outdoor advertising. Helping local businesses get noticed is what I do best. Outside work, my family is my greatest joy, especially my two granddaughters. They keep me on my toes and remind me that sometimes, Peppa Pig takes priority.
